In order to relieve the existing deflection, lower the weight load under stress, and prevent further deflection, the scope of work includes structural reinforcing of the courtroom ceiling at 201 E. Solomon Street - Historic City Hall. All aspects of this project should be considered when bidding on the job: a) Installation of steel columns b) Concrete Repair and grouting deck flutes c) Add sistered LVL to existing framing d) LVL installation per engineer specs in attic e) Plastic off work zone to prevent dust spreading thru building and daily clean up f) Provide dumpster for duration on project g) Full PPE to be worn during repairs. h) Onsite supervision during repair project i) Work to be completed as per PI-Tech Engineering Specifications
