The selected firm (Consultant) will work closely with various City departments, including Engineering, Water Services, and others, as needed, during all phases of this project. The City will utilize the services of the Consultant for the assessment and update of the City’s water and wastewater hydraulic models. The purpose of this project is for the Consultant to provide as-requested analysis to identify any distribution system and/or collection system modifications which may be required due to changes in demands or flows necessary for current and/or proposed development. The Consultant shall: 1. Review and revise demands and flows as necessary for proposed development or as requested. 2. Update the Water Distribution Model and analyze system hydraulics (2025 and 2055 Maximum Day and Fire Flow). 3. Update Collection System Model and evaluate system capacity (2025 and 2055). 4. Prepare a report with the results of the hydraulic analysis and infrastructure recommendations (if needed). 5. Annually update each hydraulic model (water and wastewater) to incorporate additional projects undertaken by the City that may not have yet been incorporated.
