Specifications include, but are not limited to: Real Estate Broker Agent Listing Services 1) Real Estate Broker commission for listing and managing sale of a property. Specific services may include, but are not limited to, the following: a. List and market the property; b. Show the property to other agents and other interested parties; c. Respond to questions regarding the facility; d. Respond to and negotiate submitted offers; e. Lead University’s response to potential due diligence investigations by Buyers as necessary and support any requests for assistance by Buyer or Buyer’s agent to support the due diligence; f. Lead closing process; g. Other duties as required by the Agency Designated Broker and Maine Real Estate Commission.
