Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals via PlanetBids will be received by the City of Reno until 2:00 P.M. Local Time on Thursday, July 18th , 2024, for Contract Number CDBG24-4-C. Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Removal and replacement of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) pedestrian curb ramps, curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt, and ancillary improvements necessary to facilitate curb ramps and sidewalks which conform to current ADA standards. Some areas require placing pavement markings, traffic control, public relations and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the Improvement Plans and Specifications.
