Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contracts with qualified organizations to provide a variety of animal welfare services including collection, veterinary care, shelter/boarding, adoption and cruelty investigation services for abandoned and injured/sick stray animals within the borders of the City of Tempe. The successful contractor will provide these services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and codes of the State of Arizona, Maricopa County and City of Tempe. The City will consider multiple awards to ensure the best possible animal care based on the capabilities of submitting organizations. Firms may offer any combination of the above services.
