The proposed facilitation and development process must integrate the Nevada ECAC’s commitments: Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion Cultural, Linguistic and Geographic Responsiveness Family Engagement and Leadership Community Partner Collaboration Transparency & Responsive two-way communication. People First. Continuity and Pathways (from prenatal into school entry and beyond) Access to high quality early childhood programs and supports for vulnerable populations. The vendor will create a proposed scope of work to describe the work to be completed during the performance period. The scope of work must: Address Nevada ECAC Commitments The vendor will describe how the Strategic Planning process will center Nevada ECAC commitments (described above) throughout the process. Build Background Knowledge about the Nevada ECAC The successful vendor will be responsible for building background knowledge about the work of the Nevada ECAC and must describe their approach to acquire this context utilizing quantitative and qualitative data, existing state or national resources, relevant documents and reports, and engagement with partners such as Nevada ECAC membership, community organizations, agencies, and families.
