Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1) Kickoff Meeting • Conduct kickoff meeting with City of Dover Community Services Staff at the 271 Mast Road office to review the scope of the project and confirm project goals and objectives. Task 2)Data Collection • Determine the limits of the watershed draining to the Crosby Road drainage system through combination of desktop and in field site visits. • Conduct an inspection of the existing drainage system to determine its dimensional characteristics and point(s) of transition, materials of construction, physical condition, access points, etc. Inspection may require remote or mechanical means in those areas not otherwise accessible. • Identify constraints and information gaps that exist. • Perform the following for parcels, right of ways, and easements, owned by the City: o A wetland resource area delineation (include a delineation within the vicinity of the culvert crossing below the CSX train tracks adjacent to Crosby Road (USACE Determination forms and associated materials required). o A riverbed substrate analysis, i.e., pebble-count, to understand the existing riverbed substrate and provide data to calculate the design stream bed material for stream crossings below City owned roadways...
