Cut and remove vegetation (mainly Mangrove) above the ground and water along the riparian zone in compliance with accepted horticultural standards and in compliance with Department of Health HAR 11-54 and Federal regulation. Do not allow discharge into coastal waters or allow vegetative debris to be discarded into coastal waters (note: no allowance for pulling up mangrove and disturbing silt layer or dredging in coastal waters.) Work area is from makai of Nimitz Highway wall to end of traversable land, approximately 1890 linear feet, from land to into water as needed to remove vegetation. See map and illustration attached as Exhibits A-1 to A-5 for work area and vegetation condition. Remaining stumps should be no higher than 1 foot above water or ground level. Haul away all cut vegetation and debris. Chipped vegetation may remain at site on dry land for erosion control.
