The City of Dallas (“City”) Dallas Water Utilities (“DWU”) department is soliciting proposals for a thirty-six (36) month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service agreement to provide Ground Maintenance, Xeriscape and Flower Beds, Arborist Work for DWU facilities. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined; however, it is the intent of these specifications to provide clear workable minimum guidelines for services to contractors and their personnel for total City of Dallas Plant care for the facilities included. The contractor will be required to fulfill all aspects of these specifications timely, and in their entirety. Grounds at each location shall be maintained in a manner appealing to the eye and acceptable to the public at large.
