Specifications include, but are not limited to: This specification covers requirements for the excavation, concrete, reinforcing steel, backfill, and finish grading required for the installation of concrete foundations at the LES 57th & Garland Substation. The common street address of the substation is: 2208 N 56th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. The proposed work is shown on the associated drawings. All foundation work will need to be completed during a substation outage. The 1st phase partial outage is scheduled for August 15th, 2024. The 2nd phase whole substation outage is scheduled for October 1st, 2024. The start date for this work is tentatively scheduled for September 16th, 2024, but is subject to change. The foundation marked “HH” will need to be completed during the 2nd phase of the outage. The contractor will be given a 2-week minimum notice of the substation outage.
