Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CONTRACTOR shall provide structural, geotechnical, civil, environmental, surveying, and electrical engineering services to complete the Project Assignments including, but not limited to the following: 1. Preparing construction plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for various structurally related projects in accordance with State Highways and Federal Highway procedures and requirements. This would include complete PS&E packages as well as providing structural plans, specifications and estimate as part of an in-house design project for construction solicitation. The project solicitation documents may be for a design-bid-build solicitation or a design-build solicitation. The consultant services may include postdesign services. 2. Preparing 15% preliminary plans with bridge selection reports to be used as a project scope of work for in-house or consultant’s final design effort. 3.
