The City of Bend (“City”) requests proposals from qualified Consultants for a new website content management system (“CMS”), website hosting services to replace the City’s existing CMS and website hosting, which lacks functionality necessary for the City to serve the community of Bend, Oregon. The new CMS will provide a standard set of features and functional tools that will allow the City to create, review, and support website content; improve oversight and quality control of web content; and support future changes to the City’s website (“Project”). The selected Consultant will recommend a minimum of one Content Management Systems (“CMS”) to the City, develop key elements of the CMS, provide a content strategy to update site structure, menus, navigation, etc., will migrate the City’s existing content to the new CMS, and test the new website before launching.
