The overall Project will consist of a new biosolids drying and ATT system in a new Dryer Building, including a separated electrical room. The Dryer Building will be an enclosed prefabricated metal building with access and overhead doors as required for system operations and maintenance. The electrical room will be an enclosed prefabricated metal building located within the Dryer Building. The project also includes modifications to secondary clarifiers, upgrades to existing odor control systems to manage odors at the headworks, blend tank, and dewatering building, a new return flows pump station, modifications to the plant heat loop system, relocation of the waste gas burner, supporting electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, and ancillary site work to complete all work.
