Specifications include, but are not limited to: TASK 1: PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND INITIATION 1.1 TAC Roster [CITY TASK] City shall form the TAC, a committee consisting of City staff and topical experts relevant to the Project. TAC will meet to review Project deliverables and provide guidance on legal requirements, generally accepted methods of analysis, inter-jurisdictional coordination and similar technical issues. City shall invite key partners to participate on the TAC and provide a roster to the PMT for review and comment. As determined by City, TAC must include, but is not limited to, representatives of City Public Works, City Street Superintendent, City PC member, Law Enforcement, Park and Recreation, Chamber, County Planning, health representative, ODOT District 12, DLCD, School District, Kayak transit, business representative, and supporters of bicycling and walking. 1.2 Interested Parties Email List [CITY TASK] City shall prepare and maintain Interested Parties Email List of community members expressing interest in the Project, including the TAC, for notification of Project progress, meetings, and presentations. City shall invite people to join the Interested Parties Email List. 1.3 PMT Meeting #1 Consultant shall arrange and conduct PMT Meeting #1 via video conference. The objective of this meeting is to review Project Objectives, work plan, methods for public participation, Refined Project Schedule (Task 1.4), Project Identity (Task 1.6), key deliverables, and other items related to management of Project. Consultant shall provide a data request in tabular form outlining the data needed for the Project to be provided by City as part of Task 2.1 Background Information.
