Installation of multi-zone mini split non-ducted systems in the recreation building: Gymnasium Area – Two (2) appropriately sized multi-zone mini-split non ducted systems, Two (2) appropriately sized outdoor condensing units, Two (2) appropriately sized heavy duty mini-split stands on grey pavers, Four (4) appropriately sized indoor Heads (two mounted on each side wall). Outside temperature operating range; Cooling: 14 degrees F to 115 degrees F – Heating 5 degrees F to 60 degrees F. Office and Conference room – One (1) appropriately sized multi-zone mini-split non ducted systems, One (1) appropriately sized condensing unit, One (1) appropriately sized heavy duty mini-split stand on grey pavers, Two(2) appropriately sized indoor heads (one in each room on outside walls). Outside temperature operating range; Cooling: 14 degrees F to 115 degrees F – Heating -13 degrees F to 60 degrees F. Installation and all materials needed for outdoor condensing units needed to provide service to the three (3) rooms. Provide a contractor or the cost for the electrical connection of the system as part of the bid. Installation of an appropriately seized breaker with outdoor disconnect next to condensers with necessary whip and surge protectors.
