Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase to contract with North Dakota Regional Education Agencies (REAs) to continue providing professional development on the science of reading as an additional expansion of the North Dakota’s Multi-Tier System of Supports (NDMTSS). Prior support of this effort has been successful. Historically, this work is done under NDCC 15.1-09.1-02.1 statutory mission; however, this agreement will be paid to the CREA Foundation and is subject to procurement guidelines. This training designed and facilitated by NDREAs provides professional development for educators and administrators in North Dakota which focuses on scientifically based reading instruction. All approved course projects and content for training opportunities is aligned to the science of reading and offered to capacity to participants across ND and publicly advertised through the northdakotapd.com website and the North Dakota Regional Education Association website.
