Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1. It is understood by all Parties that any Contractor’s Resource(s) placed under the terms of this Contract is/are not considered to be in “State Service”, and is/are not considered “Seasonal” or “Temporary” appointment(s) as defined in Arizona Administrative Code, Title 2, Chapter 5, Personnel Administration Rule R2-5- 101. It is also understood that the Contractor’s Resource(s) is/are not eligible for any benefits as provided in Arizona Administrative Code, Title 2, Chapter 5, Personnel Administration Article 4. 2.2.1.1. The Contractor shall document in writing that their Resource(s) has/have been notified of their status under this Contract and have acknowledged in writing their status under this Contract prior to performing under this Contract. 2.2.2. Transport Residents/Veterans to the scheduled destination in the safest and shortest route. 2.2.3. Transport Residents/Veterans within the time requirements by ASVH Staff. 2.2.3.1. This includes the “to” and “from” destinations/locations 2.2.4. Provide trained personnel to perform the required services. 2.2.4.1. Provider proof of training if requested. 2.2.5. Have a process in place for emergency procedures.
