The Offeror awarded the contract will be the Official Team Uniform, Apparel & Equipment Sponsor of VCSU Athletics. • Contract start date will be August 1, 2024, or upon discretion of VCSU. • Branded gear must be available for the 2024-25 academic year for the following: o Football – approximately 110 student athletes + 15 staff. o Men’s Basketball - approximately 20 student athletes + 6 staff. o Women's Basketball - approximately 20 student athletes + 6 staff. o Volleyball - approximately 23 student athletes + 6 staff. o Women’s Track and Field - approximately 20 student athletes + 10 staff. o Men’s Track and Field - approximately 20 student athletes + 10 staff. o Women’s Cross County - approximately 10 student athletes + 10 staff. o Men’s Cross County - approximately 10 student athletes + 10 staff. o Women’s Golf - approximately 10 student athletes + 1 staff. o Men’s Golf - approximately 10 student athletes + 1 staff. o Softball - approximately 22 student athletes + 6 staff. o Baseball - approximately 45 student athletes +6 staff. o Strength - approximately 1 staff. o Administration - approximately 5 staff. o Athletic Training – approximately 6 students + 4 staff.
