Ideally the offered solution will be hosted and offered for Software as a Service (“SaaS”). Address the primary need for a robust core licensing system, laying the foundation for an integrated, streamlined experience. Provides the capability to support multiple languages. Meet the specified functional and non-functional requirements with little to no need for custom development. Includes full implementation services that meet the specified service requirements including project management, solution design and configuration, integration, data migration, documentation, testing, training, solution provisioning, and ongoing maintenance and support.
