Vendor shall provide two executive-style shuttles providing loops throughout both days from each offsite parking location to the Hope Community Church in Apex ● Services is required from 7:00 am-5:00 pm daily ● A total of four vehicles is required for two days. ● The busiest parts of the day will likely be from 7:00-8:30 am, 11:00 am-1:15 pm, and 3:30-4:30 pm. ● There will be a maximum of 250 total guests from each location, but 100 guests from each location is a more likely scenario. ● Shuttles must be executive style, black in color, and luxury makes. ● Sprinter-style vans are preferred. Vendor shall provide vehicle information type in their proposal. ● Shuttles must be air-conditioned and kept cool. ● Frequency of shuttle service will be prioritized over larger size of shuttles. ● Off-site parking will be at Apex High School and Holly Springs High School. ● Gratuity will not be provided.
