3.4.1 CONTENT TYPES AND VIEWS a. Vendor must have the ability to create custom content types to match specific college business needs and to display them on relevant pages. b. Vendor must have the flexibility to create and manage single-entry Contact Us blocks as well as multiple entry Contact Us blocks. Vendor must include with their response confirmation of how they meet these requirements. 3.4.2 EVENTS a. Solution must have the ability to post recurring events. b. Events must be able to be embedded in related content pages. c. Solution must have a calendar view to display events. Vendor must include with their response confirmation of how they meet these requirements. 3.4.3 INTEGRATIONS WITH EXISTING TOOLS a. Solution must provide search capability and/or provide simple integration with external search tool(s) such as Google Programmable Search. b. Solution must provide the ability to add and manage javascript snippets that extend the functionality of the site, and/or provide integration with a third-party platform such as Google Tag Manager. c. Solution must have the capability to embed a form from a third-party platform, such as Element451, the college’s CRM. d. Solution must have the capability to create and manage funnels to ensure that students progress through the appropriate enrollment process. Vendor must include with their response confirmation of how they meet these requirements. 3.4.4 IMAGES AND MASTHEADS a. Vendor must have the ability to ensure that all images must have relevant alternative text before upload is complete.
