Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Corrections (DOC) requests Bids for the procurement of services for the scanning and digitizing of client files on behalf of the Division of Community Corrections, and intends to use the results of this process to award a contract for these services. The Contractor will be required to perform all tasks listed in the Scope of Work (SOW) (Attachment C), the SOW includes picking up records from various DOC locations located throughout the State of Wisconsin. The processing of the records includes confirming client numbers match the records, preparing the documents for scanning, scanning records and providing validation, quality assurance, indexing, storing, electronic submission, and confidential destruction.
