Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Preliminary Assessment: o Conduct a thorough inspection of the building’s exterior shell, including the roof, siding and structural components. o Identify and document areas of concern, particularly focusing on the causes of roof leaks and any structural issues. 2. Detailed Report: o Provide a detailed assessment report highlighting the current condition of the building’s shell. o Recommend specific solutions to address identified issues, prioritizing immediate repairs to the leaking roof. o Include preliminary cost estimates for the recommended repairs and improvements. 3. Bid Document Preparation: o Assist in the preparation of bid documents for the recommended repair work. o Ensure that all documents comply with relevant regulations and standards required by the State of Oregon and Clatsop County The selected consultant will be expected to deliver the following: 1. Assessment Report: o A comprehensive report detailing the findings from the building assessment. o Recommendations for repair and improvement solutions, with associated cost estimates. 2. Bid Documents: o Upon review of the assessment with the fairgrounds, Complete and compliant bid documents for the recommended repair work.
