Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Concessionaire will provide the following concession services at Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theatre, and Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. A. The Concessionaire will have the exclusive right to operate Arts & Culture refreshment stands, excluding the sale of non-consumable items. Concessionaire will not have the exclusive right to provide catering services outside the designated refreshment stands. Concessionaire is encouraged to brand themselves in partnership with Arts & Culture noting, “Concessions provided by _________”. B. Concessionaire staff will include an empowered authorized manager as a point of contact. Concessions staff will be trained in customer service and proper food handling procedures, and dress consistently and appropriately. Concessionaire will ensure there are an adequate number of employees on-site appropriate to the size of the event. C. Concessionaire and its employees shall fully comply with all applicable City/County Health Rules and Regulations. D. The Concessionaire must maintain full and accurate records of all concession operations and receipts and will submit monthly itemized documentation of sales by show and/or event along with overall statement and commission check.
