Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Sub-slab depressurization mitigation systems shall be used for the work of this contract, except as stipulated otherwise in the specifications. 2. Provide evidence that all trades used in construction/installation are LFUCG registered and that all sub-contractors are LFUCG registered and properly certified for their trade. 3. Provide NEHA-NRPP Mitigation Certification ID and AARST contractor certification ID. 4. All mitigation fans shall be hard-wired, unless in an attic where corded fans will be allowed. 5. Mitigation equipment and alarms must be powered at all times. No after-hours shut-off. 6. Guard discharge to keep debris and animals out. 7. Roof warranties must be maintained by whomever performs the roof penetrations and flashings, if such are used. 8. Post-mitigation testing shall be performed by FCPS or their representative at the cost of FCPS. Mitigation contractor may test for their own purposes at their own expense in addition to the testing by FCPS if they choose. 9. Work can take place at any time during September 29 – October 6, 2024. After that period, work can only be conducted when school is not in session.
