The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) is seeking to establish open agency contracts with multiple suppliers for scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) services for generators, boilers and chillers and for scheduled and emergency on-call repair services (RS) for mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment as further described in the bid attachments. Contracts will cover all GDC facilities throughout the state. All facilities have been categorized into 11 regions grouped geographically. One or more contracts will be awarded for each region in the following categories – PM for generators, PM for boilers, PM for chillers, RS for mechanical, RS for electrical and RS for plumbing. Contract award does not guarantee any minimum level of service assignment
