Specifications include, but are not limited to: Georgia Tech requires the services of a Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering and Surveying design team (Consultant) to provide design services for various new and renovation projects of various sizes and scope. The Landscape Architect will act as lead, with Civil Engineering and Survey as support. To this end, a Consultant team will be on call to provide services on an as-needed basis. Typically, the services required will be in support of Infrastructure & Sustainability - OPD&C Project Managers on various projects. This category includes consulting services to design various landscape/hardscape improvement projects at Georgia Tech. Georgia Institute of Technology Infrastructure & Sustainability – Office of Planning, Design & Construction will provide to the Consultant a scope of work to include a project narrative, program or progress documents appropriate to the phase of work to be designed. The Consultant will prepare and deliver to OPDC conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction administrative services. All survey documents to be delivered shall follow OPD&C "Yellow Book Section 022100-Surveys".
