Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) intends to solicit responses to design, construct, install, finance, operate, and maintain electric vehicle charging infrastructure compliant with the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program. Georgia's NEVI Deployment Program: Round 2 has identified 33 locations in the Request for Proposal (RFP) where the installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure will fill gaps in the state's Alternative Fuel Corridors charging station network. Services will be rendered under multiple Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Maintain project agreements (each, a Project Agreement). Proposers may submit proposals on any or all of the Locations, in each case, subject to the requirements set out in the RFP (each, a Project Site). A Proposer may only submit one Proposer-preferred site for each Location. GDOT anticipates awarding one Project Agreement for each Location to the successful Proposer with the best value proposal for that Location under a one-step best value procurement process.
