Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Design-Build Team, through the Design-Builder under contract with SRTA, will provide the Design-Build services to design and to provide construction services necessary to remove two at-grade crossings along SR 316 /US 29 and create a grade separated interchange at the intersection of SR 316 / US 29 at CR 74 / Kilcrease Road, and to design and construct a grade separation with CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road over SR 316 / US 29, by utilizing the Design-Build delivery method in Barrow County, Georgia. It is anticipated that the Apparent Successful Proposer will, as Design-Builder, design and construct the Project for a lump sum price, payable in accordance with progress based upon an agreed schedule and agreed schedule of values, under the terms, and subject to the conditions, within the Design-Build Agreement.
