Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project scope includes renovation and systems renewal for the approximately 89,000 GSF College of Business building on Georgia Southern’s Statesboro campus. The proposed renovation scope includes targeted space reconfiguration/modification to create a modest amount of flexible study and collaboration space, classroom reconfiguration and improvements to more effectively support contemporary instruction, as well as AV equipment and furniture upgrades for instructional rooms and common areas. Building systems targeted for renewal include: airside HVAC equipment; digital upgrade of original pneumatic controls; emergency generator replacement; elevator and fire alarm upgrades; and selected building data/network infrastructure.
