Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Eau Claire is requesting Bids for replacement of the City Hall Campus chiller. The existing rooftop air cooled Chiller has served the buildings beyond its manufactured life expectancy. This project replaces the existing system with a new chiller of similar type and design, slightly larger than the old chiller to accommodate an accumulated, over time, increased cooling load from the four City Hall buildings. The project is primarily mechanical work with associated electrical work. Some subcontracted crane services will be needed. Other trades services may be required on a small scale as applied to complete this project. The awarded mechanical contractor will be the prime contractor for the project.
