Contractor Shall: A. Where applicable, Contractor is to seek any public utility rebates and pass the cost savings on to the California Highway Patrol. B. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any permits required for the installation of the lighting infrastructure. C. Contractor shall remove all debris, including packaging materials from the jobsite on a daily basis. D. Contractor shall warranty work for a period of one year after installation and provide manufacturer’s warranty on equipment installed. 6. Interior Lighting: A. Retrofit interior fluorescent lamps to Type "B" TLEDs (Keystone,10.5W). Remove ballast, rewire, and recycle old lamps. 7. Exterior Lighting: A. Replace Pole mounted Parking lot lights with new LED Area Lights with photocells to the 18 AREA Lights B. Replace seven (7) Wall Packs with LED wall packs with photocells C. Retrofit front sconces with LED bulbs
