The Utah Department of Transportation is seeking ethernet power controllers to allow authorized personnel to remotely power cycle, turn off power, and turn on power to devices using a web-based interface. 1. General Requirements: 1.1 DIN rail and rack mount options available 1.2 Internal clock and calendar that is maintained during power outages 1.3 Operating temperature range: -20°F to +160°F 1.4 Allows at least 5 people to log into the device at a time 1.5 Allows at least 8 devices to be connected (ports) with individual control of each port. Each port can be custom named. 2. Programming 2.1 Controlled through a secure web-based graphical user interface with password protection. 2.1.1 Command prompt shall not be required for programming. 2.2 Plugs directly into the ethernet switch with CAT5/6 cable and IP programmable. 2.3 Auto-ping feature with automatic power cycling if ping fails. 2.3.1 Customizable auto-ping cycle 2.3.2 Notifications of device failure if ping fails after power cycling the device. 2.4 Scripting available for customization 2.4.1 Language: Lua (for user friendliness)
