This Scope of Work has been prepared by the Utah Department of Environmental Quality (UDEQ), Division of Air Quality (UDAQ) to outline the objectives and accomplishments to be completed by the contractor. Specifically, UDAQ requires the contractor, in consultation with UDAQ, to complete the remaining two major deliverables under the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) Planning Grant Program (Grant Number 5D-00105400), including: 1. a Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP), to be completed and submitted to EPA by no later than July 12, 2025, and 2. a Status Report, to be completed and submitted to EPA by no later than July 12, 2027. Successful completion of these deliverables includes the completion of several required plan elements and related program requirements (e.g., robust stakeholder engagement) as defined in EPA’s program guidance. The contractor is also responsible for ongoing quarterly reporting for submission to EPA.
