Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bend requests proposals from qualified Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) systems integrators (“Integrators”) to provide engineering consulting and integration services, to plan, design, test, execute, and document the SCADA software upgrade for the City of Bend water filtration facility (“WFF”), water reclamation facility (“WRF”), collections system, and distribution system (collectively, “Utilities”). The City of Bend also intends to maintain the contractual relationship with the selected Integrator and may elect to enter negotiations for future expansions, improvements, and modifications to the City’s SCADA system, and potential system support throughout the contract.
