Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Removal and installation of new fire panel and replace obsolete peripherals • 1 Fire alarm control panel (to replace Harrington FireSpy Tracker T1000) • 1 Remote LCD Annunciator (to replace Harrington T-ANN) • 1 High Rise Voice Evacuation System (to replace Harrington HAVED-MP) • Equipment in base bid needs to be compatible with the existing list of peripherals that are not being replaced, • A copy of the original specification package as well as built drawings will be made available upon request. • A tour of the facility will be arranged to look at existing equipment upon request. • FACP, all other equipment and installation shall be addressable, non-proprietary and comply with 2021 International Fire Code, as amended, and NFPA 72 - 2022.Existing components and wiring may be used if in good condition and is compatible with new panels and systems. • Input necessary programing for system monitoring/communication support • Warranty >/= Five-year full warranty with minimal downtime and local service
