Specifications include, but are not limited to: The STA is seeking a consultant to prepare a Solano Rail Hub Residential Cluster PDA Plan for the cities of Suisun City and Fairfield. The objective is to develop a coordinated land use plan that would implement Transit Oriented Communities and create residential and mixeduse residential (including both affordable and market rate housing) synergy around the Solano Rail Hub. The Solano Rail Hub Residential Cluster Plan will be a planning document that will create a strong land use nexus with the Solano Rail Hub station, stimulating economic growth and revitalization in these communities, and will better position the two cities for future funding opportunities to develop their PDAs.
