Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CMOM Program – 2024 Sewer Rehabilitation and Repair Project – Contract 5 includes, but is not limited to, the following major elements of work: • Installation of approximately 1,040 linear feet of manhole-to-manhole sewer replacements of 12- inch to 15-inch diameter sewer pipes. • Installation of approximately 12,130 linear feet of manhole-to-manhole CIPP liner within existing 8-inch to 24-inch diameter sewer pipes. • Excavated point repairs to approximately 590 linear feet of sewer pipe (29 locations) ranging in diameter from 8-inches to 24-inches. • Installation of approximately 1,680 feet of sectional CIPP lining (112 locations) within existing 8- inch to 24-inch diameter sewer pipes. • Rehabilitation of existing culverts with two new 42-inch HDPE drain pipes at Marjam Site (250 feet) and Massabesic Street (50 feet). Work includes demolition of existing culvert roof, inserting new drain pipes into remaining culvert, flow handling, flowable fill, catch basins, new grate over portion of open channel, new bar rack, catch basins/site grading, and paving. • Rehabilitation of existing box culvert with grout treatment of floor at Cypress Street & Lake Avenue. • Replacement of existing siphons that cross Cohas Brook with two new parallel 8” HDPE pipes that are 300 linear feet by horizontal directional drilling. The work also includes site clearing, staging, upstream/downstream structures, and site restoration. • Replacement of 25 linear feet of large box culvert combined sewer at cross-country location off Spruce Street by Chase Avenue. The work includes bypass pumping, site preparation/cleanup, existing culvert bottom rehab, existing culvert removal/replacement, and removal of downstream debris blockage. The Sheffield Road Sewer Force Main & Pump Station Upgrade includes, but is not limited to, the following major elements of work: • Installation of approximately 1,600 linear feet of 6-inch HDPE force main piping. • Sewer manhole structure, and approximately 50 linear feet of gravity sewer piping which is to be connected to existing specified sewer manhole. • Pump station architectural upgrades including roof, soffits, and siding. • Removal and replacement of chain link gate and fence sections. • Bypass pumping to facilitate construction of the new force main. • Removal of existing discharge piping pump; second stage pumps; motors; and other electrical components. • Replacement of existing pig launch assembly. • Installation of package duplex suction-lift pump motor and components; electrical and controls. • Miscellaneous repair and coating of concrete wetwell as needed. • Construction cost estimate - $1.3 Million Project 3 – MS4 Contract No. 1 The MS4 – Contract No. 1 drainage improvements project includes, but is not limited to, the following major elements of work: • Installation of approximately 390-LF of new drains ranging in diameter from 12” to 24” and new drain catch basin and manhole structures. • Replacement of approximately 840-LF of drain pipe/culvert ranging in diameter from 15” to 36” and associated headwalls, catch basins and manholes. • Repair/replacement of spillway on a stormwater control measure. • Remove drop catch basins and replace damaged ceiling/roof panels to granite culvert. • Daylight approximately 300 LF of culverted stream, including removal and sealing of pipe sections, grading, removal of excess sediment, construction of stream bottom and plantings. • Installation of stormwater control measures, including but not limited to, oil water separator, grass infiltration basins and associated drain pipe, catch basins and manholes. • Miscellaneous drainage maintenance activities, including but not limited to drain pipe inspection, drain pipe cleaning, drainage structure cleaning, erosion repairs, drainage ditch dredging, reshaping, grading
