Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this RFP is for a Resiliency Analysis of County’s Information Technology network and IT equipment room infrastructure. This scope includes but is not limited to the following: 2.4.1 Documentation Review Reviewing data network diagrams, maps with County locations, and other documentation provided by the county. 2.4.2 In-Person Surveys In-person surveys of County network connections, server rooms and major campuses, and a review of our current internet and network service provider services. This work cannot be done remotely. 2.4.3 Interviews Interviewing County IT operations staff about network and facility practices, documentation, and past outages and incidents.
