Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to complete the Project as more fully described in the Contract Documents, including: The construction of new rearing ponds and installation of pumps and electrical including but not limited to: 1. Base Bid: Construction of two (2) new concrete rearing ponds, including feed and discharge piping, metal fabrications such as embeds, grating, and handrails, placement of concrete and necessary reinforcement, routing of electrical service for outlets and fixtures, and earthwork and excavation necessary for the improvements. 2. Base Bid: Construction of a new pump station including wet wells for diverting flow from the existing pond discharge, concrete slab and foundation for a future pump house to protect electrical and mechanical equipment, and necessary wiring and electrical service. 3. Bid Alternate 1: Construction of two (2) additional new concrete rearing ponds, including revisions to the piping, metal fabrications, and electrical service to accommodate the increased number of ponds. 4. Bid Alternate 2: Paving of selected areas as shown around the new ponds with a 4” hot mix asphalt pavement.
