Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Removal of all debris and the cutting down of all vegetative materials. 3.2 3.2 Mobile homes; there are 8 non-road worthy mobile homes that need to be razed and removed in place. 3.3 Mobile home trailers (bottoms); there are 3 non-road worthy mobile homes that need to be razed and removed in place. 3.4 3.4 Batteries; there are believed to be batteries on the site but no count is available but they will need to be removed. The contractor shall be compensated for each battery removed. 3.5 Cars, trucks, campers, motorcycles, trailers, boats and boat trailers will need to be removed. Title work must be completed and tagged as abandoned. 3.6 All appliances (refrigerator, HVAC, outside units, air handlers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and hot water heaters) shall be removed and all that may contain Freon and some without, all will need to be emptied, collected, removed and/or recycled. 3.7 Propane tanks (small, grill type) will need to be collected, removed and recycled. 3.8 Tires some with rims others without will need to be collected, removed and/or recycled. 3.9 Wood piles will need to be collected, removed and/or recycled. 3.10 Wood pallet pile will need to be collected, removed and/or recycled. 3.11 Brick and concrete patio (12 ft x 12 ft) will need to be collected, removed and/or recycled. 3.12 Red storage building (12 ft x 12 ft) will need to be collected, removed and/or recycled. 3.13 Blue storage building (12 ft x 12 ft) will need to be collected, removed and/or recycled. 3.14 Capping utilities for water, sewer, gas(?) and power, for twelve mobile home spaces. 3.15 There are no known hazardous materials stored on site. However, if the contractor uncovers any this shall be handled by the Scope Change Authorization Form attached to this packet and the contractor shall be compensated for the removal. 3.16 Once all clearing or abatement is complete, the contractor shall if needed regrade all the routes and reseed the entire area as needed. 3.17 Contracting Officer. Repair or replacement of damaged utilities shall meet the approval of the Contracting Officer.
