Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide complete preventive maintenance services for two (2) hydraulic passenger elevators and two (2) wheel chair lifts as identified in this Scope of Work. These services are to be performed at Angel Island State Park. The work to be performed by the Contractor under these specifications shall be on a quarterly basis, consisting of furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and travel necessary to provide full maintenance service on the equipment described. Contractor shall examine, adjust, and lubricate the elevators to provide preventive maintenance in accordance with all applicable codes, rules, regulations and laws. Any work not specifically mentioned but which is needed.to make the maintenance complete within the intent of these specifications shall be performed without additional cost. The State reserves the right to request additional maintenance services should equipment be added or old equipment becomes obsolete.
