Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Shall be New and Form factor shall be a self-contained video surveillance system mounted to a vehicle towable trailer. B. Each trailer shall be equipped with a minimum of THREE (3) pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) IP Network Cameras. All PTZ cameras shall include the following minimum requirements. 1) Shall be a National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) compliant device. 2) Shall be supported by and compatible with the trailer manufacturer and all components installed in each trailer. 3) Shall be supported by and compatible with the LiveView Technology (LVT) internetbased Video Management System (VMS) service. 4) Camera lens shall include the following technical specifications: a) Varifocal, 4.3 mm – 137.6; b) F1.4 – F4.0; c) Horizontal field of view: 58.3° - 2.4°; d) Vertical field of view: 34.9° - 1.3°; e) Autofocus and Auto-Iris functions; f) 32x Optical Zoom and 12x Digital Zoom; g) 1024MB RAM and 512MB Flash; h) Video compression using H.264 and H.265 standards; i) Resolution of 1920 x 1080p; j) Frame rate of 60 fps in 1080p; k) On-board/built-in video analytics capabilities that can identify humans and vehicles; l) IR Illumination built-in with a range of reach of 820 feet or more depending on scene conditions; m) Power Over Ethernet (PoE) Compliance with IEEE 802.3at Type 2 Class 4; n) 5-year manufacturer warranty; and o) IP66 weatherized rating. C. Each trailer shall be equipped with a minimum of ONE (1) horn-style IP Network speaker. Speaker shall include the following technical specifications: 1) One way enclosure with 2.5 inches broadband dynamic cone speaker; 2) Sound Pressure Level: 121 dB; 3) Frequency Response: 280 Hz – 12.5 KHz; 4) Coverage Pattern: 70° horizontal by 100° vertical (at 2 kHz); 5) Digital Signal Processing: Built-in and pre-configured; 6) Amplifier: Built-in 7 W Class D amplifier; 7) 256 MB RAM and 512 MB Flash; 8) VoIP compliant using SIP protocol; 9) Power over Ethernet (PoE) Compliance with IEEE 802.3af Type 1 Class 3; 10) 5-year manufacturer warranty; and 11) IP66 weatherized rating.
