Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Redlands, California, is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit proposals to perform Senate Bill (SB 90) State Mandated Reimbursement Claiming services for claims due for Fiscal Years 2024-25, 2025-26 and 2026-27, with two 1-year options for the subsequent fiscal years. Services shall include: A. Prepare and file eligible SB 90 claims for annual claims due during Fiscal Year 2023-24 and the subsequent two Fiscal Years, 2024-25 and 2025-26, with two 1-year options for the subsequent fiscal years. B. Prepare and file eligible SB 90 claims for all new or first-time mandates, which have claiming instructions issued by the State Controller’s office during Fiscal Year 2023-24 and the subsequent two Fiscal Years, 2024-25 and 2025-26, with two 1-year options for the subsequent fiscal years.
