Clackamas County Juvenile Department (CCJD) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide community-based diversion services for youth who are primarily, being referred to Clackamas County Juvenile Department for the first time, reside in Clackamas County, and who have been referred to CCJD for some status offenses, violations, misdemeanor offenses and in some cases non-person crime felonies. Diversion programming is offered in eleven different cities and towns throughout Clackamas County, utilizing community volunteers and interacting heavily with community stakeholders. The eleven cities and towns are Canby, Gladstone, Estacada, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Molalla, Oregon City, Sandy, West Linn, and Wilsonville.
