To accomplish the university’s threefold mission, the academic and research community relies heavily on surveys to gather crucial data for research and analysis. Over the past year, about 60 divisions at UGA deployed various survey forms, yielding 1.25 million responses. This Request for Proposals (RFP) outlines the essential requirements and goals for procuring a survey tool to streamline survey research and data collection within the University of Georgia community. The University is searching for an all-encompassing solution that caters to the diverse needs of faculty, staff, and students across various disciplines. The survey tool must have the following: • user-friendly interfaces, • robust survey creation and customization capabilities, • secure data storage, • efficient data analysis features, and • the ability to extract raw survey results in multiple formats.
