Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCADA System Support Provide programming and integration support for the water treatment plant’s Intellution Proficy iFIX SCADA sytem; to include general programming capabilities, graphic display enhancements, maintenance of three LAN MMIs, and proficiency programming Worksmart Automation ReportBuilder. System Integration Services Provide programming and integration support for the various programmable loop controllers, input/output board troubleshooting, and radio telemetry system. Demonstrate knowledge of the GE Fanuc and TSX Momentum PLC hardware and programming requirements. Provide the City with backup programming on mass storage devices (DVDs, CDs, flash drives) after each service call. Automated Control System Support and Repair Demonstrate the ability to provide other automated control system service, to include technical support or service when investigating variable frequency drives, motor control centers, chemical feed systems, and PID controllers at the WTP. Electrical Engineering Consultation Demonstrate the ability to provide any electrical engineering or instrumentation consultation as needed. Emergency Support Service Demonstrate the ability to provide emergency service for after-hours, weekend, or holiday support if required.
