Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The selected vendor shall furnish, tailor, maintain, clean, repair, deliver and pick up on a weekly basis for approximately 33 DPW employees consisting of the following: 1) Up to five changes of uniforms for each employee. This means that each employee has up to 5 days’ worth of “uniform” in their possession plus one uniform that they are wearing while up to 5 days of uniforms are being cleaned. 2) A uniform may include: a short sleeve shirt; a long sleeve shirt; a pair of pants; and/or a coverall; one jacket may be selected per employee. Shirts and jackets shall include a nametag on right breast and Town Emblem on left breast. Uniforms must be the color green. B. The selected vendor shall provide nine - 3 x 10 floor mats, two - 3 x 4 floor mats and three - 4 x 6 floor mat on an every other week basis. C.
