Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide disaster recovery services on an as-needed basis. Services include, but are not limited to: * Water and moisture mitigation related to pipe leaks, roof leaks, and environmental issues, including temporary repairs or replacement of materials. * Smoke removal and mitigation, and repairs associated with fires. * Roof repairs or temporary roof repairs caused by severe weather. * Snow removal and salting priority areas at all schools, including walks near buildings, student and bus drop-off points, parking areas near drop-off points, kitchen delivery areas, and general parking areas. * Evaluation, stabilization, and mitigation after events like earthquakes or sinkholes. * FEMA/TEMA record keeping and reporting. * Structural review and recommendations if structural repairs are needed. * Reporting and development of scope of work for reconstruction. * Other services related to stabilizing a building to prevent further damage.
