Project A: The scope of work consists of the construction of a new wood framed Salt Storage Building. The Salt Storage Building footprint is anticipated to be approximately 60’-0” x 100-0” long with 8’ high concrete crib walls and a woodframed structure with a drive-through configurations. An alternative hot-dipped galvanized steel structure with a fabric enclosure will also be considered. The Salt Storage Building will have a maximum storage capacity of 2,500 tons of salt. The building will allow for a drive-through configuration and allow all delivery, preparation, and loading of salt to be conducted indoors. Project B: The scope of work consists of the site development of a new highway garage facility including site preparation and construction of perimeter fencing, sliding vehicular gates, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, exterior lighting, storm water system, fuel storage and dispensing system.
